Rise out of a black hole – A black hole is a metaphor for a void that exists in our psyche due to its namesake in space where forces are so strong nothing, not even light can exist. It’s been hard on a human level to keep our heads above the negativity and find positivity in every day life this year. Even the world stage has revealed a lot of darkness. However, black holes have a purpose – black holes re-cycle cosmic debris. They define and actually stabilise the formation and shape of galaxies. Their nothingness is purposeful, just as connecting to our no-thing-ness inside helps our purpose. Often our deepest answers are in the darkest of spaces. This ceremony helps us to look deep into the void and rise out back into light and space so we can smash through any blocks to empower and energise ourselves.

Bathe in your star light – This Cacao ceremony helps connect us deeper into the macro and the micro – from healing deep within your cells to your place in the universe. Every time we bask in the rays of the sun and the warmth and nourishment hits our bodies we are bathing in star light.  Stars are important for humans because they have a part to play in helping our bodies thrive – enhancing muscle growth, regeneration within the cells and the conversion of food into energy. They also help us psychologically, helping to navigate, enhancing our global connection, playing a part in our stories, our mythology, art and literature.  As we feel our feet on the earth and look up into a star filled night sky we all connect on the metaphysical level.

Spiral to your galaxy – In this ceremony we stretch up deeper into the cosmos as the year in the northern hemisphere begins its descent into the darkness. This ceremony helps you connect symbolically into not just how you want your life to be, but looking to how the bigger picture can transform your life. Without galaxies life could not exist. Galaxies recycle cosmic material from one generation of stars to the next.  The milky way, our spiral galaxy will one day be the ancestor of future galaxies to come. This ceremony helps break down the demands of our ego self and look deeper into the infinite possibilities that we all need to bring hope into a chaotic world. 

Bay holds Cacao Ceremonies online and in person in the UK and Netherlands. These are a chance to press the pause button, reset and move forward with deeper authentic insights. Her ceremonies are shamanic style ceremonies drawn from over a decade of practicing Celtic Shamanism – a spiritual practice connected to the ancient lands, plants and trees in the British Isles. This year she graduated from The Microdosing Institute in the first cohort of microdose facilitators and now able to incorporate psilocybin in her journeys in a safe and legal environment in The Netherlands. She is able to hold deep process and creates non-judgemental, safe, supportive environments for deep psychological change. Bay believes love is the deepest healer and when we connect to the love in ourselves this can shine out into the world.

It is also like nature’s anti-depressant as it works in very positive ways towards our neurobiology and on your mental health.
