Equinox Full Moon Ceremony  – This October moon is the brightest full moon of the year. Often called the Harvest Moon it will shine bright for a few days as it is the time when the moon is closest to the earth. There is a strong energetic pull to this moon. It can feel intense and we can get anxious and loose sleep when we are effected by its intense energy. The moon’s gravitational force is powerful on the Earth’s oceans and many of us sensitive people feel these big full moons make them feel agitated, irritated, anxious and just out of sorts physically and mentally. If you know your sleep is effected by full moons this is one to consider taking action before it hits by drinking helpful herbs and supplements and of course Cacao to soothe your nervous system in advance. In this ceremony we focus on coming together with the intention to soothe and reset your nervous system, and to help you return to a place of steadiness and renewal – something we all need right now.

This will be a ceremony with a difference as it is not specifically a Cacao ceremony but will be a journey Bay weaves in the grounding traditions of Celtic Shamanism.  You are welcome to bring your Cacao if you like, or simply come as you are. If it feels right, take a walk earlier in the day and gather something small from nature—a stone, leaf, or flower—to bring with you and to bring into your journey. This gentle space is open to everyone, whether it’s your first time or you’ve done many ceremonies before. Come with an open heart, and leave feeling more grounded, connected, and restored.

Three Ceremony Offer

These three ceremonies are to help you transition out of an old way of being and into the new. Over the last two years many of us have felt stuck and our lives have felt blocked while things in the world, in contrast, have been chaotic and in flux. This has left many of us exhausted at a soul level, where our need to re-charge our inner batteries and take care of ourselves has become ever more important. Last year there was more energetic movement towards our ultimate goals. However with the chaos on the world stage that changed the geo-political balance, combined with the fact that the systems that underpin our way of life now being challenged by AI, we have no idea of the outcomes or what life might look like for the future.  This is a pretty insecure time in history to be living and the one thing we really need is to get together with conscious, loving people to find moments of connection, love and harmony. These moments of connection serve as precious jewels and an oasis of un-toxic energy and help to remind us that humanity and human connection is as important as it has always been. We just have to make sure we include it regularly in our lives. 

So these three ceremonies are there for us all to come together and find that jewel of love and connection. We are all facing some potential changes, clearing out things that no longer serve us and stepping into the new. However, the energy to step will be at the end of the year, so these ceremonies are to help us focus and find peace and patience so when the time comes we are fully prepared within. Maybe we need to physically clear our houses or spaces; maybe we need to digitally clean up; maybe we need to create mood boards so we can see what we need to manifest…..The ceremonies help us keep up that regular focus in connection with others.

She graduated from The Microdosing Institute in the first cohort of microdose facilitators and now able to incorporate psilocybin in her journeys in a safe and legal environment in The Netherlands. She is able to hold deep process and creates non-judgemental, safe, supportive environments for deep psychological change.
