Long Nights Moon Ceremony – This ceremony is to continue the rest and reset of your nervous system by allowing you a release of old burdens. The moon of the long nights calls us to tell our story and to consider any regrets and changes we feel we need to make. It’s a time when though story telling and sitting round the fire old burdens and worries can be released – the light of the moon brings hope and light even in our darkest moments. It gives us the trust and patience to have faith in our intuitions and inner guidance as we go deeper into the months of hibernation. It’s often the moment when we feel the lack of light most intensely as we are still a few weeks away from the return of the light. After the Falling Leaf and Tree Moon (which are shedding months) where the lessons of letting go often feel harder, now the shedding of what no longer serves us begins to feel inevitable and the resistance decreases. This ceremony give you a moment of reflection and continues the energy of working with the seed energy while your plans still lie deep within you. 

This will be a ceremony with a difference as it is not specifically a Cacao ceremony but will be a journey Bay weaves in the grounding traditions of Celtic Shamanism.  You are welcome to bring your Cacao if you like, or simply come as you are. If it feels right, take a walk earlier in the day and gather something small from nature—a stone, leaf, or flower—to bring with you and to bring into your journey. This gentle space is open to everyone, whether it’s your first time or you’ve done many ceremonies before. Come with an open heart, and leave feeling more grounded, connected, and restored.

Bay holds Cacao and Shamanic Ceremonies online and in person in the UK and Netherlands. These are a chance to press the pause button, reset and move forward with deeper authentic insights. Her ceremonies are shamanic style ceremonies drawn from over a decade of practicing Celtic Shamanism – a spiritual practice connected to the ancient lands, plants and trees in the British Isles. She graduated from The Microdosing Institute in the first cohort of microdose facilitators and now able to incorporate psilocybin in her journeys in a safe and legal environment in The Netherlands. She is able to hold deep process and creates non-judgemental, safe, supportive environments for deep psychological change. Bay believes love is the deepest healer and when we connect to the love in ourselves this can shine out into the world.
