Ceremony Description:

A Soulcraft ceremony starts like any ceremony with your intention and your desire to ground and move energy. Instead of lying down and relaxing we use our hands and bodies to craft something holding that intention in a sacred space. The ceremony starts with a check in and some practical ideas for your craft. There is no judgement or any artistic valuation on what you create as it is the process that is the valued part of the process not the end result. Having said that most pumpkins look beautiful when you add the light inside. Come with your Cacao if you choose and with your playful curiosity. Expect moments of shared silence, shamanic sound clearing and sacred songs. Samhain or Halloween is a sacred time where the veil is thin between the living and dead. It is a time to honour our ancestors and ask for help and advice on how to survive the long winter months. It often amazes me how relaxing soulcraft can be and also how somehow all the right things I need miraculously pop into my head when my body and mind is engaged in a soulful activity. This is my first Soulcraft online though I have practiced this and shamanic tool making for over a decade. Your pumpkin will hole all the beautiful energy you put into it, it can help you release and fill yourself up. We will be on camera but we will not be in a performance, it’s fine to be quiet and in the background. Any more questions please ask Bay 🙂

She is able to hold deep process and creates non-judgemental, safe, supportive environments for deep psychological change. Bay believes love is the deepest healer and when we connect to the love in ourselves this can shine out into the world.

Zoom link comes a couple of days before the ceremony after you have filled in the online booking form. You will need good quality Cacao for ceremonies – there is a link in the shop. 100g will last two-three ceremonies, 250g for more experienced Cacao drinkers.
